Spare Battery Recycle bin

Bunnings have decided to return our battery recycle bin, which is currently sitting in my garage.
Before Monday night's meeting, could you please give some thought as to where we may place this spare bin.
Somewhere around Torquay that sells batteries would be ideal, but also with lots of foot traffic.
