May I explain the reason why this Bulletin continues to show Gaynor as President of the Club when clearly our Changeover function was held more than one week ago. Unfortunately the wonderful technological world of Clubrunner that we use as the platform to manage all of our communications ie. Bulletin, emails and Reports automatically rolls over the Office Bearers on the 1st July which is the official of the new Rotary year and does not allow for this to be performed manually prior to that date.
So whilst Trevor has been inducted as our new President this will not be displayed on our Club website or Bulletin until that time. The reality, as you are all aware, is that Trevor will be away until 22nd July anyway which is the reason we held our Changeover early.
