You will recall the call for volunteers we received some weeks ago to assist Barwon Health with their BBQ's at Bunnings last weekend. Thanks go to Daryl Lee for representing our Club. Daryl subsequently received the following email from Barwon Health reporting on their massive fundraising weekend (FYI, not all Bunnings BBQ's)
Hi Daryl,
Thank you so much for coming out on the weekend and helping us at the BBQ in Torquay on Saturday.
Across the whole weekend, we managed to raise an incredible $76,432. This would not have been possible without support from volunteers such as yourself and we are so grateful.
