Club Assembly

All members are encouraged to attend our first Club Assembly for 2023-24 where we will set our goals for the year, define the projects we wish to undertake and confirm membership of our committees.

This is a terrific opportunity for you to put forward your views and help shape our year ahead! We will be using the feedback from Ben’s member survey to guide our discussion.

This will be a dinner meeting at Kithbrooke Park. Cost $30 per head (paid in advance by EFT, or on the night by EFTPOS or cash) with drinks at the usual Kithbrooke bar prices. Please advise any special dietary requirements with your registration.

Although this meeting will be focused on members, feel free to bring your partners and guests. Don't forget to register them when you register yourself.

Please note our cut-off time for registrations is 1pm on Friday 21 July.
