As we continue to raise awareness that Rotary Says No to Family and Domestic Violence, we will meet at and walk from Mavis Mavis on Tuesday 21 May:

Place: torquay Hotel
Time: 10:00am
Plan: We will meet at the Torquay Hotel - there is plenty of car parking there and hopefully we will have coffee at Blackmans Brewery. The walk will encompass Bell Street and maybe some of The Espanade. Let's see if we could have a big roll up as this is our final May walk. Hopefully we will be very visible and get lots of questions from the community.
Please wear your purple attire.
Tuesday was a bit cold and a little damp when the six of us set off for our 10am walk up Gilbert Street and Bristol Road, then came down around past Woolworths and then down Gilbert to The Esplanade and back up to Mavis Mavis for a lovely hot coffee.

Thank you to those who have become involved in this worthwhile project. If we can help one victim, they seek help and are removed from that environment, then our walks will have been worth it.
