Thank you to all who brought along donations on Monday for Torquay Food Aid. As was mentioned, Monday night will be the final opportunity if you would like to donate some food or small toys to give to the group before Christmas.

They currently look after about 30-40 families per week and hand out food every Wednesday afternoon from their warehouse in Primelea Way Torquay. 
We are looking for food such as pasta, pasta sauce, tinned vegetables, fish etc. 
Also small toys, nuts, and inexpensive toiletries. 
We suggest that goods amounting to $10-$20 would be most welcome. 
There will be a box at next Monday's meeting for any donations. They have a cut-off point of the 17th of December. 
We propose to make this one of our ongoing community services over 2025.
