Food Safety Certificate

Could all those who help with the barbeques please complete the Food Safety Certificate?

When you complete this topic you will be able to:

This is to ensure that correct food handling occurs at our barbeques and you understand why it is done.

Thank you to those of you who have completed the Certificate, we will be keeping a register.

We need to follow Best Practice and so would like to have someone who has completed the Certificate on each shift of the BBQs.
