Visit to Bells Beach Brewery& Dinner @The BeachPub

NOTE CHANGE OF ARRANGEMENTS FOT THIS WEEKS MEETING MONDAY 23rd MAY

A last minute change for this Monday night Mark Clatworthy from Ocean Grind has had to cancel our planned visit.

So I have arranged with Adam Smith at Bells Beach Brewing to do a tour and tasting.  It will be same start time 5.30pm

UPDATED ARRANGEMENTS ARE NOW AS FOLLOWS

Monday Night’s meeting will be in two parts:-

PLEASE NOTE EARLY COMMENCEMENT TIME AT BELLS BEACH BREWERY of 5.30pm

5.30pm – Meet at Bells Beach Brewery, located at 22 Baines Cresent, Torquay and can be entered via the rear shed. where we will be treated to a tour and Tasting hosted by owner Adam Smith. This will take approximately 45 minutes

6.30pm – Then you will make your own way to The Beach Hotel, 3-9 Stuart Ave, Jan Juc where we have a group booking for dinner for 6.30pm

If you are unable to make it to The Brewery by 5.30pm for the Vocational visit you are still welcome to meet for the Beach Hotel dinner. Likewise, you may go to The Brewery but not the dinner if you so wish.

NOTE:- YOU WILL ONLY NEED TO RSVP IF YOU WISH TO ATTEND THE HOTEL DINNER

Please invite your Partners, Friends and Family to join us for what will be an interesting Vocational visit and social dinner to follow. It will be a night of fun and fellowship.

Meals will be ordered from the usual hotel menu with drinks from the bar also at usual prices.

Please note our RSVP cut-off time will be 12 Noon on the Friday 20^th May to enable the venue sufficient time to accommodate our booking and prepare staffing and meals.
