Torquay Rotary Club Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Rotary Club of Torquay Inc will be held at Kithbrooke Park Country Club, 350 Grossmans Road, Torquay on Monday 20 November 2023 at 6.30pm. 

The Notice of Meeting, Agenda and related documents were emailed to all members on 2 November 2023 and are being re-sent with the meeting invite.

If you are attending in person, please register yourself (and any guests including partners) before 1pm this Friday 17 November 2023 to ensure our caterer has sufficient notice to adequately cater for everyone and accommodate any special dietary requirements. Dinner cost is $30 per person with drinks at the usual Kithbrooke Park bar prices. 

If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, you can join the meeting online at 7pm. Please join via this link.

If you are unable to attend either in person or online, please complete the Delegate Nomination Form* and return to Secretary Allan Hillgrove before 6pm, Monday 20 November. This is important to ensure the club has a quorom for the AGM.
