Meet Graeme Cox, District 9780 Youth Protection Officer - the Rotarian responsible for overseeing the activation and ongoing improvement of District 9780's youth protection policies and procedures.
Graeme will explain their significance - both at district and club level - and outline what's required of our club to ensure we fully comply.
Given our recent club health check identified updating our Working with Children and Child Safety records as an area for ongoing improvement, this presentation will be relevant and important to all members. You are therefore strongly encouraged to attend either in person or online.
If you are attending in person, please register yourself (and any guests including partners) before 1pm this Friday 1 December 2023 to ensure our caterer has sufficient notice to adequately cater for everyone and accommodate any special dietary requirements. Make sure you include these in the comments field at time of registration.
Dinner cost is $30 per person with drinks at the usual Kithbrooke Park bar prices.
