I do hope this finds you all well and enjoying Spring. The plants in the gardens are certainly enjoying the sun and growing - Attracting the birds and the bees and looking very colourful 

South Pacific Regional Conference. 

This last weekend I attended the Rotary South Pacific Zone 8 Conference. The Theme for the Conference was People Planet Peace. There were some presentations, that I wish had been recorded and we could have presented them to the Club. Ending Trachoma in Australia (Robert McGuirk), Mental Health, Hope and the Rotary Foundation (Gordon McInally), Water at the heart of Community Resilience; Practical Pathways for People, Planet and Peace (Bridget Teirney), Rising to the Challenge: and How Communities Survive and Rebuild in a Changing Climate (Tim Wiebusch) were some of the great sessions. The House of Friendship had some great displays including the Lese Oalai display. Kieser and Wendy Fu Travel Agent were main sponsors. 

Leave 

I will be on leave from 7th November 2026 until 19th November 2026. Travelling to New Zealand to watch the World Aerobic Championships. Hoping that the two local Torquay Teams have a great competition and most of all enjoy themselves.
