President’s Message 

Hello, 
Hope everyone enjoyed their Easter break at home or away. 
First off, reminder to register for Monday night’s meeting with special guest, Nathan Rivalland from the Surf Coast Times on all things journalism on the Surf Coast! Unfortunately I won’t be able to attend as I will be returning from a family visit to SA, but I’m sure if will be a great night! 
Leo will be hosted by the Featherston’s over the weekend – thanks Ben, Kate and boys.  
Speaking of which – Leo has told me that he would love a visit to the Twelve Apostles before he returns home in June. Are there any members who would like to volunteer to take him? Please get in touch noting he is away on Safari from 17 April – 9 May. 
We have some VERY SIGNIFICANT BIRTHDAYS this week so let’s wish the following members best wishes and congratulations....

Finally, due to flat conditions we haven’t been able to assist the Jan Juc Cricket Club with car parking at Bells. Collection For Our Village

Collection for Our Village 

Next month is May and in May we celebrate Mothers Day. 

It would be amazing if we could make a lovely donation to Our Village, that could be given to new Mums. 

We were hoping to get 6 blankets to be put into the bundles. If you could afford to donate some toiletries or baby clothing, nappies and other baby products, that would be fantastic and they could be donated along with the blankets. 

I recognize that things are becoming hard for us, but imagine what it is like for the Mums who have nothing for their newborn and other children. Please help if you can.
